Nikde jsem nenašla telefonní číslo,chci řešit problém z vaší strany,kdy mi byla stržena částka týden před koncem zkušebního období,to má být do 28.4, částka byla stržena 20.4, děkuji

On another note, since you mentioned your billing date is due for 28th of April, but you got a charge on the 20th, it might be possible you may have accidentally signed up to Premium on a second account. 

 

Try logging in with any details you might have used to create an alternative account. Keep in mind there are a few ways to sign up, e.g. with email, phone number, Facebook, Apple, or Google. Try logging in with these to find out if you perhaps have another Premium account.
