Why everything is - Radio Edit and - Original Mix on Spotify?

Hi, just curious. Is there anything behind Spotify with tags? Why it prefers - Radio Edit instead of (Radio Edit) or - Original Mix instead of (Original Mix) It feels like standard is to use ( and ) when Spotify prefers a dash? Just like this.
