[Subscription] How to find the date when a family member was added to Family Subscription

Hi, I'd like to know how I can find the date when I added a certain family member to the family account? I've looked up my account profile and receipts and I can't find this information. Thanks!

No Discover Weekly since I subscribed 5 months ago

Why are collaborative Playlists private and some users have them public?

Why are collaborative playlists private and some users have them public? I've seen other collaborative playlists in other user profiles and they are public but each time I create one becomes private and no one can see it.
