Hey there,

 

Thank you for reaching out here in the Community. 

 

Could you try to log out > restart your device > log back in to see if that makes any difference for you? 

 

It's also a good idea to try clearing your cache to remove any old files that might be causing issues with the app's performance.

 

We'd recommend giving this a try on a different network as well. In case you don't have another network available, you can use a mobile data hotspot to try it.

 

If the above tactics don't work, it'd be great to let us know if you experience this across all platforms (mobile, Desktop, web player) ?
