If you no longer have the same phone number that you used to sign up for Spotify, you can add an email address to your Spotify account by following these steps.

You can then set a password here, so that you can log in using your email address and password.

If you can't log in to your Spotify account to do this, I'd recommend reaching out to Customer Support here (where the webpage reads "Contact us"), so that they can assist further.
