dj won’t load on data

My spotify dk will never load and speak when listening on my data, it works on wifi and my other devices but not my phone. once i skip it, all my music plays but never the dj.

If just one device seems to be affected while on mobile data, we'd first recommend performing a clean reinstall of the app by following the steps in this article.This is often an overlooked step, but it can be helpful in getting rid of any cache that might be causing trouble. 

If the issue persists, could you have someone log in with their account on your device - such as a friend or a family member, to see if the DJ has the same behavior on mobile data?

Lastly, include in your next response the make, model, and OS version of your device, along with the Spotify version you're currently running to continue investigating the case.
