My Question or Issue

I have Spotify linked to Alexa. All works but Alexa has recently started to refer to 'active user first name'.

For example when I ask: Alexa play Christmas Hits.I get in return "Shuffling Christmas Hits from 'active user first name' Spotify"

Asking Alexa who I am she knows my name and my account. The Amazon team suggest is an issue with the Spotify Skill

Any ideas on how to update the skill or fix the username issue?
