Hola! A mi me pasa lo mismo! Lo he desinstalado 2 veces y me sigue pasando.

Tengo servicio premium, soy de argentina y mí celular es un Motorola G8 plus con android 10.
Estoy teniendo el problema de que la música se me entrecorta al conectar mí celular al auto (tengo un Nissan Sentra 2021) por medio de USB o por Bluetooth. Me pasa cuando es solo por Bluetooth o cuando utilizo android auto.
El problema se dan luego de unos minutos y empieza a tener pequeños cortes o saltos la música. Sucede tanto con la música descargada al equipo o cuando escucho directo de la red y probando con distintas calidades.
Ya he probado reinstalar Spotify, android auto, vuelto al estado de fabrica el celular y el equipo del auto y el problema persiste.
También he probado con otros dos celulares (moto z y moto g7 power) y en estos funciona bien. Y además probé mí celular en un Ford Focus con Sync 3 y no tenía inconvenientes.

Hope you don't mind us replying in English.
Can you try going to the Apps list on your phone > choosing Spotify and grant Spotify access to everything on the list you see.
Also make sure that Battery Optimization is switched off for Spotify.

If possible, could you ask a friend or a family member to log into their account using your device to see if they can replicate this?
We'd also recommend making sure that you have enough storage space available (at least 1GB for optimum performance).

Hola de nuevo, pude probar con otra cuenta y el problema persiste. Nuevamente probé con otro celular (Motorola g7 power con android 10) y el problema también apareció. Adjunto vídeo con la otra cuenta.
Ademas estoy probando reproducir con Youtube para saber si puede ser un problema solo de Spotify o de compatibilidad entre Nissanconnect y Spotify, o si puede ser con android 10 (ya que con un Motorola z con android 8 no sucede)...
En fin... Si tienen algun otro consejo se los agradezco.

Hola de nuevo. El problema se da en cualquier conexión. Pero de todas formas, tengo a utilizar Spotify en el auto con música descargada directamente a la tarjeta SD puede ni tener problemas de conexión mientras conduzco.

Hola Jeremy, pude probar la solución que me has pasado, conectando por medio de Bluetooth, funcionando durante 15 minutos aparentemente bien. Debo probar durante más tiempo ya que el problema era inconsciente y aparecía en cualquier momento.
Lamentablemente por USB con android auto no me dejaba usarlo ya que se pausaba solo.
Adjunto un vídeo.

About for Android Auto, we've passed this on, but due to COVID-19, Android Auto improvements have been slowed down, so it might take a while until this is improved.
