Thanks for posting in the Community and welcome.

 

We hope you don't mind us answering in English as this is the official language of the forum.

 

That being said, we'd like to gather some additional info. For starters, would you mind clarifying what is happening on your side? Are you receiving an error when trying to log in, or are you unable to locate your account? It'll be really helpful if you send us as much info as possible.

 

If you're receiving an error, it'll help us if you send us a screenshot of it, so we can visualize better what's happening. Be aware this is a public space, so please don't share any personal info on the screenshot you'll send us. Would you mind clarifying to us the make/model and OS of the devices in which you can't log in?
 

If you can locate your account, we'd suggest you take a look at this article to look for it. Since there are a couple ways to create an account on the app, some users have the possibility of creating accounts linked to their phone numbers. Keep in mind those accounts can't be opened in the web player or desktop app, as you can't see the option CONTINUE WITH PHONE NUMBER there. 

 

If perhaps that's your case, you can add an email to your account so you can open it on a computer. You can see how to do it in this article (it should be done on the mobile device the account is opened).
