error following friends in list

I follow friends on the list, but when I leave the list and come back, I am no longer following.

At this point, we don’t have enough information regarding what you're experiencing. So, that being said, would you mind sending us a full description of the inconvenience you're having? Please send as much detail as possible.

On another note, since you mentioned this is something you noticed is happening on your computer, can you let us know the exact make/model and OS of your device along with the Spotify version you have installed?

good afternoon, yes

I see what my friends are listening to on the right side of the Spotfy app installed on Windows 10 (updated app). My account is connected to my Facebook, and I see some friends on the list. There are other friends I don't follow, and I'd like to follow to see what they're listening to too.
Then I click "Find Friends" and select who I want to follow. when I close the find friends screen, I'm not following the ones I just clicked to follow! When I return to the follow screen, I see that my click to follow has been undone!

Thanks for getting back to us! 

Could you try to log out > restart your device> log back in to see if that makes any difference for you?

If a family member has a Spotify account, it could also be a good idea to ask them to log in on your computer to see if the app behaves the same way.

In case it does, we'd recommend to clear cached files on your device following the steps in this article. Sometimes, old cache can interfere with the app's performance and cause issues.
