Hi @colonelumorteni,

Thank you for posting this on the Community!

This is the first thing you can try is toggling the DRM setting on your browser:

  1. Open Firefox and go to Options/Settings.
  2. Under the “General” tab, look for the “Digital Rights Management (DRM) Content” section.
  3. If it's enabled, please disable it. If it's disabled, then enable it.
  4. Restart Firefox and try to open the Web Player again.

If this doesn't do the trick, try accessing the Web Player with a Private Browsing window, does it make a difference?

Keep us posted.

No..it doesn't work.Thank you for taking the time to try to help me but unfortunately it doesn't work

Do you have another solution? That was in vain

In fact, your solution is not good at all or do you just write to be in the business? Give me a solution that is good or try not to give nonsense

I have no reason to like you on the contrary..a great dislike and a great advice.Let yourself help people

As I see it, you are not good at anything, and you have the function in vain

Hi @colonelumorteni,

Thanks for the replies.

We'll do our best to help, but since we can only troubleshoot remotely we can offer solutions which have been reported to fix similar issues by other users.

We'd need to go trhough several steps of troubleshooting in order to figure out what might be causing this error on your system.

Here is what you can try next:

  • Make sure Firefox is running the latest version available.
  • Make sure Adblock is disabled for Spotify.
  • Make sure no VPN is turned on.
  • Clear all cache&cookies on Firefox.

Let us know how it goes.
