Sometimes the follow button on my profile does not appear. My friends can't follow me.

The follow button should appear for others but can you go into settings and see if there is an option called let others follow me/you? If that is there, you can turn it on so others can follow you.

But if the option is not there, share your app and OS version along with a screenshot or screen recording of the issue so we can take a closer look into this.
