foreign country issue

Hi everybody, i have the web player on my lumia 830 and since yesterday it was not working properly. Today I figured out why. 14 days ago I came back to Italy, where I am going to be living for some time, and I forgot to change the nationality on my Spotify profile. Now it's locked and everytime I try to connect with my fb profile it tells me that I cannot because the 14 days have passed. Problem: In order to change the country on my profile I should be at least able to access it, but I cannot. Could you please help me? Many thanks in advance.

Have you tried changing your location to Italy? Or turning off location services?
