fraud account got my credit card, chat response inadequate

fraud account got my credit card, chat response inadequate

I noticed double charges for Spotify on my credit card over the past year. After speaking with a chat rep, I learned a fraudulent account had been linked to my card. According to the rep "the account was closed and a refund is being issued", but I wasn't told the refund amount or if I need to take additional security steps.

Can I get help clarity on the following:

The total refund amount.
Whether my credit card info was compromised and if I need to take any precautions.
What specifically happened and steps Spotify is taking to prevent fraud in the future.

Please keep in mind that we, the Spotify Community, don't have any access to the backstage area of any account, so that's not something I'm able to look into for you.
