i cannot download spotify app on tvos

I have the latest tvOS version installed on my Apple TV. Previously, I had the Spotify app on my Apple TV's tvOS, and it worked perfectly fine. However, over the past few weeks, the app has stopped functioning. Whenever I attempt to open the app, it freezes. In an attempt to resolve the issue, I deleted the app and tried to download it again, but I've been unsuccessful in doing so. I can see the app in the App Store, and the download button correctly indicates that I previously owned the app and have deleted it, implying that I should be able to download it again. Unfortunately, I am still unable to do so. Could you please provide some guidance or advice on how to resolve this issue?

Could you reset your TV to its factory settings and try again?

It did work. The fact that I have to login and setting every preference again is a bit troublesome. But it works. Thank you.
