i select a song from my list and Spotify plays a completely different song

hi, i made a new account for my son > took over the playlist and added them all as favorite songs... now you play song A and it plays a completely different one... and it goes on like this all the time... how do you fix it?
its not the random/shuffle feature (random feature plays randoms songs if i click "next" or after the song...)

the problem is only on LG OLED WebOS TV Spotify App.

We'd like to gather some additional info to better understand what's happening on your side. Just to confirm, does this happen when you use the Connect feature to control the music on your TV from another device, or does it happen just when you control Spotify directly from your TV?

On another note, does this happen when selecting songs from different playlists or when you look for a specific track to play? Or does it happen just when trying to play songs from the Liked Songs playlist?

Lastly, if possible, you can also send us a video recording of what's happening on your side. You can attach the video in your next reply in mp4 format, or you can also upload it to YouTube or Google Drive and make it public, so we can visualize it.
