iPhone Plays Not Showing On Desktop/Webplayer & Not Scrobbling To Last.fm

My Question or Issue

Hi, the songs I play on my iPhone aren't showing on the Desktop or Webplayer while I am listening. Usually it shows what I am listening to and I have the option to change where I am playing from and add/edit the play queue but today that isn't working. Also, Spotify has stopped scrobbling to Last.fm and I assume these issues could be linked. It hasn't scrobbled since yesterday but still scrobbles from other sources.

The issue has returned, only this time it is desktop plays that aren't showing on my iPhone or the web client and subsequently last.fm isn't updating or recording my plays
