My Question or Issue
If my SamsungA50 is connected to my car, Android Auto starts and I can use google maps, VLC-Player, some other apps and also spotify at the car's center display.
Looking at spotify's UI, I see an icon that is not shown inside the smartphone's app:
((•))
Touching this icon, spotify plays the next title of a (randomly chosen?) new playlist?
What is the function of this button? Where can I find information about what this icon is doing?
A.

Hi there @doc_j,
Thanks for the reply. Radios are generated on the spot based on the song/album/artist selected. If you wish to keep them, you can save them as shown in the article sent by @MihailY. It's treated like any other playlist after that.
Hope this clears things up.
Hi @doc_j,
Yes, while you can generate a radio using the same song, it won't be the same and won't be saved anywhere unless you add it to your library.
Let us know if you need anything else.
Hey @doc_j,
Thanks for reaching out.
The icon you're seeing stands for Spotify Radio. You can read more about it here.
We hope this helps. Let us know if you have other questions.
Hi @MihailY,
thanks for your help and the helpful link, but there's still a question left:
Are these radio-playlists, produced by spotify after klicking / touching ((•)) only temporary or are they stored in my account?
If they are stored, is there a maximum of radios so that the oldest are deleted / overwritten automatically? Do I have the possibility to manage these radios, i.e. to delete an erroneously produced radio-lists that I don't want to exist anymore?
A.

...ok - I can keep them by saving them.
But if I don't save them, are they deleted automatically?
