offliene mode samsung watch4 not working.

I have a question regarding the Samsung watch4, that this one when downloading songs to it to then listen to them in offline mode, they don't load and leaves me unable to use Spotify without my phone or some kind of connection.

In this case, we'd recommend checking if there are some pending updates in both your watch and your mobile device. If yes, try updating the app and the devices to see if you notice any difference.

On another note, if the above doesn't do the trick, would you mind sending us the make/model and OS of the mobile device you have paired with your Watch along with the Spotify version you're running there?
 

Lastly, you can try by resetting you Watch to see if you notice any difference. You can find out here how to do it, but don't forget to back up your data before you perform a reset or recovery. That will ensure your data can be restored after it's reset.
