open university ad completely stuck on spotify connect

On both my Sky Q box and My amazon firestick spotify connect has jammed on an advert for the open university despite turning everything off and on again and the usuall array of geek tweaks I cannot got either to play. The ad in question is for OU wales and on screen it will replay on switching either back on but the play button seems to get stuck at 20 seconds despite continuing to actually make noise and then crapping out on me. Please help I much prefer the TV sound. Before any smart **bleep** says it I can't afford premium right now and I have no problem with using adverts to fund my content. Cheers S x
