I was charged 3 times 4.99 and 1 time 9.99. What is going on here? I want my money back in my bank account

I'd reccommend you to contact support here so they can help you straighten this out.

If you receive an automated email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address.
Support usually answers within 24-48 hours.
