playing album problem

hello,

recently I realized there is this album that I can't play on Spotify and the songs are unavailable for me saying "Spotify can't play this right now. If you have this file on your computer you can import it"

I have no problem playing any other new albums or songs except for EXO's 

I had this problem with only this group new releases. 

wish someone can tell me what's wrong...

Is this only happening with one album of one artist, or several from them, and are the songs in the album greyed out?

Additionally, we suggest you first do some troubleshooting:

• Restart the device.
• Reinstall the app.
• Try different network connections if possible. 
• Try different devices.
• If possible, try logging in with a friend's account to see if it works for them.

Further, does this happen if using the Web Player?
