playlist does not synch for offline use in bb 9900

reinstalls does not help. have a lot free memory. have premium account.
what to do?

Do you have a decent internet connection?

It looks like you currently have three devices registered to your account for offline use.

 

Can we try resetting these for you? It'd mean syncing everything again from scratch, but might help with your issue.

And three is the limit per account at the moment, yes
