"Any playlist found" error message in Soundiiz and no playlists shows up.

Solved!

"Any playlist found" error message in Soundiiz and no playlists shows up.

Hi,

I have a rather large collection of playlists that I want to convert to other platforms using Soundiiz.

From what I have read, Soundiiz is excellent for this purpose, but after I log in to my Spotify account here, nothing shows up, only the error message "Any playlist found". I have tried PC and Mac, IE, Firefox and Chrome. Also tried making playlists collabrative and public.

If I log in to my Tidal account, I see my playlists.

Anyone had similar problems? Could it be related to

1) I have a special character in my spotify user name: "hanjanolavsjøl" (But I cannot see any way of changing this)

2) My spotify account is free, not premium at the moment.

Could I create a dummy spotify account and transfer them between to see if it works?

Thanks,

Jan Olav Larssen

When i got the error, i had already logged into spotify web player prior to connecting with soundiiz and i had also logged into spotify using my facebook account.

I closed my web browers, cleared the cache and this time went straight to soundiiz and logged into spotify NOT via facebook. That seems to have fixed the issue for me.

Not sure if the issue was caused by using facebook for authentication or having already logged in prior to launching soundiiz, but it seems like one of those two things.

Hm. Tried logging out of the webplayer, clearing all offline data in Chrome, logging in to soundiiz, but same problem...

and I always logged in without facebook.. Strange..

I think I will make all my playlists public, follow them from another account and use this account to log on to soundiiz..

Did this solve the issue, I have the same problem and lokking for a proper solution.

I still got the same problem. Can it be that I have +2.000 playlist on Spotify ? To many ?

I'm connected but no Spotify playlists show up?
