"Something went wrong. Try reloading the page." Firefox web player

Hi friends. I'm having some trouble with the web player. Opening it just brings me to this page (screenshot: https://imgur.com/a/qpx32dW), and reloading the page doesn't change anything.

I cleared my cookies and was logged out, and when I returned to the page it was fine. However, as soon as I logged in, the error came back. Disabling all my browser extensions also has no effect. However, it runs properly when opened in a private browsing window and in Chrome. The Windows app also runs just fine.

I'm using version 122, the most recent version as of posting this, but this error has been present for several months.

Thanks for getting in touch about this and welcome to the Community! 

First up, we'd recommend clearing up your hosts file by following these steps. 

If the issue persists, could you give a different internet connection a go to see if that does the trick?

If it doesn't, we'd recommend reinstalling your browser.
