First we recommend checking your receipts on the Account page here to make sure you've paid for the correct account.

 

In addition, you can take a look at the steps in this article to see if you don't have another Spotify account you've paid for by mistake.

 

Lastly, if you're still not seeing your Premium functions you can reach out to Customer Support that can take a further look backstage.
