refresh recommend button not working at all

I am on the web version of spotify since I have no access to the app, and there is a very annoying issue. Under the spotify playlist, the song recommendation have the refresh button which does not work at all, even refreshing the whole website doesn't change the recommended songs. Please fix since this is a pretty big issue for me.

Thanks for reaching out. Does this affect all playlists or only certain ones? Have you tried it on different browsers, different devices and in incognito? If you haven't, please do so and let us know how it goes. Some screenshots or a video recording would also be much appreciated.
