repeating the same ads over and over driving me crazy

i get ads every 10 minutes because i dont have a subscription.. i get the same kevin hart chase bank ads every time. in an 8 hour day i hear it about 50 times a day.. i believe in business there is a point of diminishing return. why does the same ad have to be played all day

We just wanted to jump in here to let you know you can report any concerns you have about an advert in this thread. Similar to what you seem to be describing, you can report that the ad might be in the wrong language, the ad volume is too loud, the frequency of the ad, etc. We'll get your feedback passed on to the right folks from there.

spotify just doesn't know what to give their users. i listen to death metal and my ads are pop trap and cumbia, which are popular here in argentina, but i've never actually liked a single one of those songs, so i hit the "not relevant" button but they just keep popping up

I've been getting ADF (Australian Defense Force Career) ads every single time the 10 minute ad break hits. Yes, planes are cool, but I do not need to hear the same company ever 10 minutes for several months across 4 different ad variations. Similarly, I've also received ads for Cindy Lauper's tour. Yes that is cool, but far out, I've heard her songs more from the ads than my playlist at this point.
I don't mind the ads, in-fact they are quite fitting, but I'm just so surprised theres no rotation between ads.
