So sorry to hear you`re missing out on one of the cool features of Spotify! Artists put a lot of work into creating a piece of art that visually represents their music and its a part of the experience. Lets troubleshoot this together. 

Have you checked whether the app has an update available? That could be the reason for this issue. If your app is up to date then we would suggest going to your TVs app manager and removing Spotify and then reinstalling it. You can find the manager by pressing the home button on your remote control and selecting "Apps"
