spotify thinks i'm in the phillipines even though I am in the us

I am in the US and I want to get premium, but everytime I go to purchase the webpage gives me Phillipine plans and the entire webpage is in tagalong. I don't know what to do.

This is very strange, but it could be caused by a few things. We recommend you go through these troubleshooting steps:

• Open up your account page and make sure the country on your account is set to USA. 
• Scroll all the way to the very bottom of the page and make sure the country code next to the glove icon is set to USA.
• Switch off any VPN or Private tunnel, so that your connection is not being routed to the Philippines. 
• If none of that helps, try copying this link "https://www.spotify.com/us/premium/" to an incognito browser page to avoid any issues possibly caused by corrupted browser cache or cookies.
