had I known about the pre-sale in advance (issue #1) I could've set an alarm or a reminder but I literally only got the email when it opened and when I checked my email and tried to buy tickets a couple of hours in, and was apparently already sold out. Which also was extremely unclear (issue #2) from the Spotify site, no where does it say that they are sold out it still says "buy tickets now" and a link to a partner that apparently doesn't exist (issue #3) because it just redirects to the exact same page again and again
