Not long ago i went to my friends place she didnt have premium and i did she listened to some manele and now it suggest to me and since i share the account with my family i dont want them to suspect me!
While there isn't a direct way to block an artist from the algorithm's recommendations, the most effective solution is to just keep listening to the stuff you enjoy and Spotify's recommendations will be adjusted accordingly. You can also start a Private Session prior to playing something to temporarily pause your listening activity from being taken into account for future recommendations. There's more info here if you're interested.
There's also this idea about being able to hide content on the Home page, if that's what you meant, so feel free to check it out and give it a thumbs up to show your support.
In the meantime, here are a couple of ways you can improve the suggestions you get from Spotify:
On the mobile app, you can curate the content at the bottom of theMusicfeed located on your Home screen. In case you find a suggestion that doesn't interest you, you can mark is asNot interested. More infohere.
On the mobile app, you can hide songs songs you don't want the app playing by tapping the three dots menu >Hide song . You can also open the artist's profile, tap the three dots menu and selectDon't play this artist.
You also mentioned you share the Spotify account with your family. Do you mean that you all share the login details? If so, this is not recommended: instead, each one of you can create their own Spotify account, with their own personal login details and share content and create collaborative playlists together.
Hope this clears things up. Take care 💚
