why I always get emails saying "x episode was deleted" if i never make any?

I'm tired of receiving emails saying they're removing my podcast content when I never upload anything. What could be happening and what can I do to stop receiving them. I'm afraid that my account will suffer some kind of ban or something.
The emails say the following (and yes, they are official):

Our automatic review tools determined that your podcast content appears to be in violation of our content policies, and have removed the following episodes:

That's odd. I recommend reaching out to the folks over at Spotify for Podcasters as they'll be able to take a closer look at this and provide you with more information on the matter. You can do so here by scrolling down to the bottom of the page and selecting Contact us.
