Hi, when I try to open the Spotify app on my windows phone, it immediately crashes, saying "catastrophic failure". What could be the problem?

I had this problem too, fixed by uninstalling it, re-installing and then turning my phone off and on again 🙂

Didn't work for me. I tried many times and in different configurations. Still comes up with Catastrophic Failure. I have premium so this is killing me and going on for some time.
