All-In Podcast does not display video (text transcript instead)

I have been listening to the All-In podcast for years on Spotify and it displays video when on wifi. However, for the last 6 months or so the podcast has been displaying the text transcript instead of the video and I have tried all settings. 

What’s weird is that in one of 10 random attempts the video displays as it should. Google search indicates lots of Spotify members having this issue.

i have resorted to watching the podcast on YouTube instead of Spotify but i prefer not to do that. Anyone from Spotify listening on this forum?

Hey,

I have accessed the episode and did not experienced the issue, I am an android user.

This could be an issue related to the wifi or cellular network settings. In case you have viewed on mobile try on web app once and check data saver settings on your device

I am aware of the data server and wifi behavior. This happens on WiFi and the one thing that seems to be common every time it happens is that I am listening on bluetooth headphones or speaker (I am on iPhone or iPad btw). I will try to troubleshoot some more and see what is causing it.

A search on google shows something similar with other users (if you search for "podcast transcriptions now show up automatically")
