Okay so when I tried to join a premium family package when I entered all the credentials correctly it rejected it and stated there was an error although all information was accurate Any Suggestions on fixing?

Error code 3 means that there has been a problem identifying your account. Why don't you check out this thread to see how to fix it! 🙂

Alternatively try another browser or private/incognito tab.
