I am trying to add my account to my wifes family plan.
I click on the email invite and then fill out the form
with my name and adddress, then click on "confirm", to confirm I live in the same house as my wife I get the error below.
"600 - Oops something went wrong, please try again."
I have tried it mulitple times, loggin in with email or username and alwasy get the saem error.

Hey! I figured it out the issue! it might be because you haven't made changes to your family member's address on their account overview. you have to make sure that their details are the same as yours.

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the Knowledgebase or the Spotify Community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address. Spotify Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
My family account just stoped working. I need to do m subscription again and my family plan stop working. I can add my wife because show me this error. I spend so many time trying to solve this that I gave up. Moving to PANDORA in 5...4..3..
Guys make Sure your are in the same country.
Follow this instruction:
If it still doesn't work, try to change the country on all others accounts.
Be sure to clean cache and so on!

I'm having the same issue. Clearing cache did not fix. My wife logs into Spotify using Facebook not sure if this may have anything to do with it. Anything else to try?
