Spotify family doesn't work!

Spotify family doesn't work!

Hi all,

I'd like to have some help!

I've subscripted to spotify family, I have properly configured my account so that my wife and my daughter have received a confirmation message for their inscription into our family count.

When I check my personnal page I can see that my wife and my daughter are properly connected to our family count.

However I am not able to listen to spotify simultaneously with my wife or daughter when I'm not home!

Does the family subscription work only if all the connected members are on the same wifi?

Hey @pietdem,

 

It sounds like all family members are trying to use the same Spotify account to listen to music at the same time. To be able to listen to music at the same time, all family members need to have their own Spotify account.

 

Please make sure that each member is using their own account and not yours.

The family members do not need to be on the same wifi. Do you all have separate acounts?
