A family plan member was removed from the plan while traveling

A family plan member was removed from the plan while traveling

My daughter, who is part of our family plan and absolutely lives in the same house as us was removed from our family plan while traveling in europe.

Traveling while using roaming data seems to be exactly why you would want a premium plan so you can download your songs and not use data.

We only pay for the Spotify premium family plan so our daughter can have access to premium, so there is no reason to keep doing business with Spotify if she cant be added back into our family plan immediately.

Furthermore, the fact that the only way to get billing help is through a community forum is insulting.

So, maybe this was resolved?  I had to search google to actually find a 'contact us' page that actually had a link to a live chat.  All the links on Spotify's own support site loop back to these forums.

 

Anyway the nice human or ai that chatted with me said they 'changed stuff on their end' and to send the family plan invite again.  I can't confirm if this worked, because i haven't had a reply from my daughter.
