Accept Invitation for spotify family

Hi!

I upgraded from Premium

to family and sent the invitation to my kids. They are using the spotify app but didnt have their own account. I told them to log out. I created a

password. They received the emial and went on the “accept invite” button ans were forwarded

to the site to type in the account name and password. But there was not any place to enter the code for the invitation. They could log in but we still cant use spotify at the same time.

what went wrong? When I look into my account it still tells me that they did not accept the invite.

Hey @ali511, welcome to the Community!

They'll need to have their own accounts to join your Premium for Family plan. They can create their own accounts here.

Once that's sorted, just follow the steps listed here to invite them to your plan.
