Hi, I am unable to use premium for family (that my sister is paying for) because when I click on the link emailed to me, it is stuck loading on "account overview"
I have been having this same issue for 2 days now. I opened a ticket, but it is still not resolved. Even if you go to https://www.spotify.com/family/redeem/ with out entering anything at all i get the error "Unable to join this Family plan. Try again by clicking the ACCEPT INVITE button in your email. If that doesn't work, ask the plan owner to send another invite."
