Account changed from Family to Free

Account changed from Family to Free

My Spotify account changed from Family to Free and I have no idea why, the money was taken from my card so I guess Spotify messed up on their part.

Also I received an e-mail about a week ago that I need to verify my Postcode so that Spotify can verify address, but now I wonder if that was a fraud.

Try resubscribing to the family account on the Spotify website.Also check if the money is retaken out of your account when you resubscribe because it shouldn’t be.
