Account family bloccato impossibile verificare account

Account family bloccato impossibile verificare account

Salve a tutti, ho un problema con il mio account in quanto e gia la seconda volta che mi bloccano il mio premium family e quindi mi mandano a free, semplicemente perche mi chiedono di verificare la residenza per l’account for family inserendo il cap della citta dell’account, io lo faccio ma dopo qualche giorno si disattiva dicendo non e stato possibile verificare. Il cap che inserisco e giusto accade solo a me fra tutti i membri. Qualcuno mi puo aiutare?

Hello,

 

It's not cool to hear that you've been removed from the Family plan.

 

Spotify sent an email (to the address registered in your Spotify account) asking you to provide information so they could verify your account.

 

It's possible that you were removed from the plan either because they could not verify your account based on the information you provided, or because you did not provide the information.

 

If you do live at the same address as plan's owner, let them know immediately by contacting to support at https://www.spotify.com/about-us/contact/
