Add family member page not rendering

My Question or Issue

I recently renewed Premium for Family, but the page to manage family members is not rendering.  After clicking on the Premium Family item in the left hand column menu, I am taken to a page with three horizontal animated blue dots but seems to get stuck there and spins.  Please advise why it is spinning.

This should now be fixed. 

It'd be great if you could confirm whether you're able to access that page again.
