Adding Family Member but it says they do not live at same address

My family member lives at the same address as me. He joined my premium and it worked great for a few months and now he was kicked off. When I tried to invite again, he accepts, he puts in the address and it says he must live at the same address. But he does and it isn’t working ...

Help's here, @Dclarke1!

 

At the moment, you're only able to join one Spotify Premium for Family accounts per 12 months, so that may be the root issue. If the address is different from his old plan, that may explain why he's getting that message 🙂
