Address got changed for some reason, and now my family can't join for 12 months

My Question or Issue

My wife was prompted to re-enter the address details by Spotify, but failed the verification. I went on to my account as the plan owner to check, and realized the address was somehow changed. 
Is there anyway to get her back into my family plan, as she now has to wait for 12 months before joining one again? My siblings who are staying in the same address did not have such an issue.

Thank you for reaching out to the Community and welcome. 

 

If the address was changed without your authorization, we'd first recommend securing your account by following the steps mentioned under the section "Still have access to your account" of this article. After that, you can update the address of your plan and send the invite to your wife again so she can rejoin your plan. 

 

If she's still getting the error message, since this could be an account-related issue and we don't have access to users' accounts from the Community, we'd recommend contacting our Customer support directly so they can check the accounts and help you further.
