An other user is became admin of Family Account weird?

Hi I was the admin of my account and I have my CC on the family account. But somehow an family other user became the admin of my account. I can invite other family members but when I try to change plan I get an error to try it later.

It's a weird problem and I could not find any help information on this subject.
