Another can't enter family

My Question or Issue

I dropped my family plan to change it to a family plan with KPN. KPN said it had to be done this way. After this change I needed to re-invite my family members agains. The problem is they can't enter the family. It gives an error: "1 - Oeps! Er is iets fout gegaan. Probeer het opnieuw." I thought this would be fixed by sending the invitation on the same laptop as entering the family, but this also did not fix the problem. I created a new account and invited that one, and this does go correctly! I googled arround and found some people have problems because of different country setting, but all of them are set to the Netherlands. The adress isn't incorrect because it worked with the new account!

You should try with a different browser, or open a private window (incognito mode), and see if that does it.

Also, try in a different device (computer, tablet, etc.)

Tried it with another browser and incognito mode, still no solution. I think it's weird because a new account can be linked, why not my family's accounts?
