CANT ACCEPT FAMILY PLAN

Hello, this is Qistina

I subscribed the Premium Family package which I am supposedly sharing with my sister and fiance. See the problem is spotify keeps signing out and declining my sister and fiance’s account when accessing their personal accounts. Last time there wasn’t a problem, my sister and fiance both got access to it just fine. However came a time where my sister was auto logged out and is removed from the family plan. We had to ask for help from here to fix it. Things were fine for a month or so then my fiance faced the same problem. He is in fact living with me, however he does travel quite often, to his family’s place in melaka(different state) as well as numerous states as his work requires him to do so. Like any normal day, he was on his journey to work(in Kuala Lumpur) when he realised he was unable to function spotify normally, meaning its no longer Premium. He waited until he got back from work then we tried reinviting him to the premium family but it was never accepted and or a success. What can fix this? As I am paying for the Premium package so to have this issue back and forth, is really exhausting. Please get back to me on this matter soon as possible. I’d like to finally get this fixed by today.

It sounds like they weren't able to verify their address, which is why they were removed. No worries though. Ask him to reach out to our team on Twitter with his account info. They'll be able to take a look at his account.
