My Question or Issue

My husband recently got a new phone. He is trying to recover his account which is in my family plan. He cannot find his password. When trying to recover, he is not getting an email. I am trying to delete him from my account and add him again but when I go into manage members, there are no actions there that would enable me to do so. How in the world do you get customer support at Spotify?

Can you ask him to try following the steps outlined here?

Also, can you please post a screenshot of the page where you can manage the members? 🙂
